- Multi-day charters
Service availability may vary and we retain the authority to alter or cease any service without prior notice.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
Charter booking prerequisites involve:
- Being a minimum of 18 years old
- Supplying valid and comprehensive details
- Providing a deposit as indicated in your booking confirmation
- Accepting these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
Confirmation of your booking is secured only with payment and our confirmation in writing. We reserve the unrestricted right to decline services to anyone as per our discretion.
3.3 Availability
Charters are subject to vessel availability and appropriate weather. We will strive to accommodate your preferred scheduling to the best of our ability.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All rates are presented in € and are inclusive of all taxes unless specified otherwise. Prices are subject to alteration without prior notification.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 50% of the total cost of the charter is due at the time of booking
- Balance: The remaining amount is due 48 hours before the charter begins
- Additional fees (if applicable): Payable upon charter completion
4.3 Payment Methods
Accepted methods of payment include major credit cards, bank wires, and certified checks. Secure, encrypted systems manage our payment processing.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- More than 72 hours prior to departure: full refund minus transaction fees
- Between 24 and 72 hours before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours prior to departure: no refund given
5.2 Weather Cancellations
In the instance of unsafe weather as judged by our captain, the options will be:
- Reschedule to the next available slot at no extra charge
- Issue a full refund if rescheduling is unfeasible
5.3 Mechanical Issues
Should mechanical faults arise with the designated vessel, we'll endeavor to organize a suitable replacement. When no alternative is feasibly available, we will process a full refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All passengers are mandated to:
- Heed all instructions from the crew
- Utilize safety gear as directed
- Inform of any health conditions affecting safety
- Remain within the specified areas on the vessel
6.2 Prohibited Items
The following are not permitted on board:
- Glass containers
- Illegal substances
- Firearms or other weapons
- Excessive amounts of beverages (any amount beyond moderate personal consumption)
- Pets (unless given prior permission)
6.3 Conduct
Passengers should maintain respectful behavior at all times. We reserve the right to end a charter prematurely without a refund if passenger behavior proves dangerous or highly disruptive.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
We limit our responsibility to the sum paid for your charter and do not cover:
- Personal injuries resulting from the passenger's own negligence
- Personal property loss or damage
- Indirect, consequential or punitive damages
- Delays due to weather or situations outside our control
7.2 Insurance Coverage
Our operations are insured with broad marine coverage. Personal travel and belongings insurance is the responsibility of the passengers themselves.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
Engaging with our charter services signifies awareness and acceptance of the inherent risks associated with maritime activities, assuming accountability for personal safety and health.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
We hold the right to adjust itineraries, routes, or timetables due to prevailing weather conditions, safety considerations, or operational demands. We shall endeavor to supply similar alternative experiences.
9. Force Majeure
We are excused from liability for interruptions, cancellations, or changes inflicted by events beyond our influence, which might include but are not restricted to:
- Extreme weather events
- Natural disasters
- Governmental rulings
- Port closures
- Technical failures
10. Privacy and Data Protection
