What is included in a standard yacht charter?
Our charters come with a professional crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic drinks. The exact offerings depend on the service type — for instance, sunset cruises include upscale refreshments and snack options, whereas corporate charters feature meeting amenities and options for professional catering.
How far in advance should I book?
Advance bookings of at least 2–3 weeks are advisable, more so during the busy period (May–September). For corporate gatherings or private functions, reserving 4–6 weeks prior ensures better vessel availability and sufficient time for any custom arrangements.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our priority. Unfavorable weather as judged by our captain will result in either a rescheduling to another convenient date or a complete refund. We constantly track weather forecasts and will inform you if there are concerns 24 hours before your planned departure.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Indeed, guests are free to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks on board. Additionally, we have excellent catering services available and are able to tailor menus to suit your tastes. Note that for safety reasons, glass is not allowed on the vessel.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to serve all guests. While certain ships are more accessible than others, we encourage you to get in touch regarding your specific requirements, and we'll suggest the most appropriate yacht and organize the required facilities.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations submitted more than 72 hours before setting sail are refunded in full. If you cancel between 24–72 hours in advance, you are entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellation within 24 hours of departure will not be refunded, except in cases of adverse weather or mechanical difficulties from our end.
